The aim of an Open Journal is to make better use of
collections of online journals by adding hypertext links that
integrate the materials within and between the journals and with external resources
such as bibliographic databases.
You can try out the journal server by browsing an Open Journal
(these are still being constructed), or by experimenting with the linking
facilities which act as the 'glue' to bind the journals together.
